- We accept returns authorized within 15 calendar days of the delivery
- Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- Parts must be in the complete, unopened, original packaging
- All returns must be in their original condition and include all components
- We cannot take back parts that have been installed, mounted, or used
- Returns missing components will not be credited
- We are not responsible for installation errors, nor will we cover any labor, towing, or rental expenses
- Electrical parts are not returnable
- Freight charges are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error
- Orders placed without providing the VIN for the vehicle are ineligible for return
- All authorized returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee
- We reserve the right to refuse the return of any parts we find do not meet the above criteria
Cancellation Policy
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 30% may apply
